Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step in your career? Are you ambitious and looking to progress into Management? Capio Recruitment is seeking a tenacious experienced recruiter to join our Wealth Management team.

Our Wealth Management team is a marketing leading division with fantastic relationships with both clients and candidates in the sector. As the team continues to grow, we have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join and quickly take on Management responsibilities. You will be leading from the front with a billings and team leadership focus.
The Role:
As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Lead and Develop a Team: Oversee and mentor a team of two consultants, driving their performance and professional growth.
* Drive Billings: Maintain and grow your own client portfolio, ensuring high levels of service and consistent billings.
* Lead by Example: Set the standard for excellence in recruitment practices, client management, and candidate engagement.
* Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, identifying new opportunities and ways to enhance our services.

Requirements:
* Experience in wealth or finance recruitment is highly desirable, but we welcome applications from experienced recruiters from any sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
