* Referral to Therapy Services: Refer clients to Faircare Counselling's therapy services, collaborating closely with the therapy team to ensure a seamless transition from assessment to ongoing support. Ensure clients and families feel supported throughout the referral process.
* Collaboration with Medical Professionals: Maintain a proactive approach to collaborating with external psychiatrists or GPs, especially for cases where medication or prescription support may be required. Facilitate smooth communication to provide clients with holistic care.
* Professional Communication and Confidentiality: Establish and maintain clear, compassionate communication with clients, upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions. Deliver results and recommendations in an empathetic, supportive manner.
