We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at our new Co-op store opening soon in Bailiff Bridge, Brighouse. We have a range of permanent, part-time contracts available and would be happy to discuss your availability at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages. At Co-op, we focus on making things fairer for our members and communities, and we promise to support you physically, mentally, and financially, with policies to help through various life events.
What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience. Some roles may involve working in our in-store bakery.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems and support customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and compliant: keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences to help everyone learn.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
