Job summary Hartington Surgery is recruiting for a Practice Manager, due to retirement. We are a single-handed Dispensing Practice, who benefit from a stable and friendly workforce of Practice Administrative Staff, Dispensary Staff and Clinicians. Dr Ash Dawson is lead GP, supported clinically by two part time GPs, two ANPs, Practice Midwife, Practice Nurse and Trainee Nursing Associate. We have in house Care-Coordinator and Community Matron. We are a rural practice in the village of Hartington, at the heart of a farming community. High QoF achievement (100% in 23/24) is supported administratively by our GPA. Finance admin is supported by our Dispensary Manager. For two consecutive years we have received commendation from the Regional Director of Primary Care on the basis of high performance in the GP National Patient Feedback Survey (98% overall score). We have been rated Outstanding by CQC on our last two inspections. We are part of the High Peak PCN and enjoy close working relationships with our partner practices through which ARRS roles provide support in a number of areas. The role is currently undertaken over 25 hours per week, this can be flexible. We are preferably looking to recruit someone with current Practice Management experience but would welcome applications from individuals with experience relevant to the role.
