Working as part of our marketing team, the SEO Specialist will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
What this role involves:
1. Leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) to track and optimize SEO performance
2. Conducting competitive analysis to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable traffic growth
3. Translating complex SEO data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
4. Proactively identifying and resolving site performance issues, indexation errors, and crawl inefficiencies using Siteimprove and other tools
5. Collaborating with developers to implement best practices for site speed, structured data, and mobile usability
6. Driving a long-term SEO content strategy that aligns with business objectives and brand positioning
7. Regularly auditing the backlink portfolio to identify broken or harmful links
8. Conducting competitor backlink analysis to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities
9. Ensuring mobile responsiveness & fast loading speeds across all devices
10. Regularly optimizing existing content using keyword insights and internal linking strategies
11. Conducting regular audits to identify challenges and opportunities
What we're looking for:
1. Extensive experience managing SEO across multiple websites in B2C (5 years) and B2B
2. Experienced in developing and executing SEO strategies based on analysis
3. Proven success in working with brand teams to deliver impactful SEO strategies
4. Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4)
5. Dynamic and Adaptable - Thrives in fast-paced environments
6. Can work autonomously and thrives at the opportunity to make a difference
7. Highly analytical experienced in tracking performance, testing and continually optimizing to improve results
8. Data-Driven - Expert in analysing KPIs, using tools to optimize performance and presenting outcomes
