We are looking for anAdministrator to join our growing team who will support various functions within the team, including data analysis, HR reporting, and general administrative tasks.
The Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis for attraction cost avoidance and cost saving initiatives.
HR Reporting: Preparation ofreports for HR teams to support decision-making processes.
System Setup: Set up new users on the Networx recruitment platform and other relevant systems.
Purchase Orders (POs): Manage and process purchase orders efficiently and as required.
Immigration and Right to Work: Maintain an immigration and right to work tracker, ensuring compliance two months in advance. Extract data from SuccessFactors, pass it to Line Managers to obtain necessary paperwork, and escalate any issues to Employee Relations (ER).
General Queries: Handle general queries and provide timely support to staff.
Ad-hoc Support: Assist the People Services and Talent team with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
