We are hiring a senior Experience Designer to play a critical role in creating a best-in-the-world client service experience. We’re looking for a passionate designer who obsesses as much as we do about user needs, who prioritizes close collaboration and clear communication, and who wants to deliver world class experiences on our industry-leading platform. You’ll also contribute to design standards and best practices across the platform with the support of a highly skilled (and friendly) design team. Job responsibility: Provide both hands-on design and design leadership Solve complex problems within a portfolio of high impact experiences Contribute to product success by planning and executing the full range of user research and design activities Deliver design solutions that are grounded in validated user needs to clarify user journeys, create high-fidelity mockups, and build rapid prototypes Contribute to our culture - share inspiration and knowledge, communicate new ideas, and bring your creativity to work every day Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams including product owners and engineering leads across business lines, geographies, and time zones Work side-by-side with UI developers to ensure feasibility and to support the implementation of designs Understand, use, and contribute to our design system and standard interaction patterns Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills : You have strong competency across all areas of experience design, including: research, information architecture, product design, visual design, prototyping, and validation You are proficient in industry-leading design tools such (ex: Figma) and research tools (ex: Maze) You have worked with design systems You demonstrate strong communication skills. Ability to speak persuasively with designers, product and technology partners, and senior business leaders Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills You have 7 years as a user experience designer in a product or agency environment You have Bachelor’s or Master's degree (or equivalent) in UX, HCI, related fields, or practical work experience in design You have worked in agile and lean environments Experience designing for financial services, enterprise applications or other complex products is preferred You can provide case studies (portfolio) that detail your experience design process and problem solving ability across the full spectrum of research and design activities
