Experience: 8+ years of experience in delivering EPM Solutions or IT projects with at least 6 years of experience with a focus on FP&A and Supply Chain Planning on the Anaplan Platform.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Anaplan Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and building Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Supply Chain Planning solutions within the Anaplan platform. As an Anaplan Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and implementation of the Anaplan models, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients' strategic objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll do…
* Lead the architecture and design of comprehensive Anaplan solutions.
* Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Anaplan models.
* Develop detailed technical specifications and data integration designs to ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., on-premise and cloud-based applications).
* Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan models, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability while incorporating Anaplan best practices.
* Build and configure Anaplan modules, dashboards, and reports, ensuring they align with business needs and best practices.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior model builders and other team members, including client teams.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on best practices in Anaplan and business process optimization.
* Lead workshops, training sessions, and model reviews with client teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the solutions delivered.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further solution enhancements.
* Ensure all Anaplan solutions are built according to best practices and adhere to established quality standards.
* Conduct regular reviews of Anaplan models to identify and implement performance improvements.
* Stay updated on the latest Anaplan features, enhancements, and industry trends, and incorporate them into solution designs where appropriate.
* Mentor and coach junior Anaplan model builders, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster their professional development.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Certification: Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner
* Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a similar analytics-related field
* Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, with a focus on FP&A and Supply Chain Planning.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Anaplan model building, including complex multi-dimensional models, data integration using APIs, and model optimization.
* Strong understanding of financial planning and supply chain processes and the ability to translate them into Anaplan solutions.
* Experience with Anaplan's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and UX is a plus.
* Analytical Skills: Great problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior client stakeholders.
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
