Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Partnerships Coordinator to support our marketing and sales teams to execute strategic initiatives. This role will work closely with our sales teams to enhance data management, execute effective email campaigns, and develop engaging landing pages. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, enthusiasm for data accuracy, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships. The role will be line managed by the Global Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a link between internal teams (marketing, sales and operations) to deliver a seamless customer process and experience.
* Data Management: Build, clean, and enrich data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability for sales and marketing initiatives with our CRM system.
* Email Campaigns: Responsible for creating and delivering email campaigns to support our partnership business.
* Sales Enablement: Develop sales materials, presentations, and reports that support global partnership initiatives.
* Performance Tracking and Reporting: Measure the impact of partnerships and outreach, using data insights to optimize strategies.
* Landing Page Development: Design and optimize calendar landing pages to support event marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives within deadlines.
* Automation and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for workflow automation to enhance efficiency across sales and marketing operations.
* Event Coordination: Collaborate on the execution of events and manage end-to-end event communications.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or work experience in a related field preferred.
* Proven experience in marketing coordination, partnerships, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in data management and familiarity with data cleaning and enrichment techniques.
* Experience with email marketing platforms preferred.
* Strong analytical and administrative skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines across time zones.

* 9am-5pm, In office Mon,Tue, Thurs and Fri. Work from home Wednesday.
