At Bradford Dementia Hub we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hub Coordinator to join our team. The Hub Coordinator will work as an integrated member of a partnership with Khidmat Centres and Bradford Bulls to deliver an innovative and high quality Dementia Information and Advice Service (DIAS) for adults with memory problems or a diagnosis of dementia across Bradford.
Build and maintain excellent key partner relationships with the Memory Assessment Teams, our Partners, Bradford Dementia Network and other appropriate organisations alongside the Service Manager
If you have
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Ability to develop awareness raising resources, sessions and training to be delivered across the district, taking a culturally competent approach.
• Commitment to co-productive approaches and person-centred care
• The ability to supervise, support and develop staff skills.
