Support development and implementation of strategies and plans. Role will involve the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams Work and develop links with postgraduate training providers and trusts to enhance supportive ways of working. Support the senior PSW and FDLS team to develop a central service within the PSW that brings together the existing relevant elements of the NHS England mandate Collaborate and communicate with other NHS England departments and teams on a regular basis to ensure efficient use of resources. Be willing to play a multifunctional role within PSW relating to case management, database management, evaluation, quality metrics and liaison with other providers Support the on-going evaluation of the PSW service Contribute to planning, developing and evaluating methods and processes for gathering, analysing, interpreting, and presenting information. Co-ordinate as appropriate research and development initiatives Contribute to short, medium and long term business plans, achieving quality outcomes. Support the development/updating of resources for example producing resources, support webinar.
