This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid environment and contribute to the ongoing support and improvement of our HRIS system. Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Responsibilities Collaborate with HRIS Specialists: Work closely with our experts to enhance our HR Information System. Manage ServiceNow Tickets: Ensure tickets are assigned, resolved, and responded to promptly. Create User Guides: Help prepare guides, videos, and Workday courses for employees, managers, and HR. Provide Configuration Support: Assist the HRIS Specialists with testing and straightforward configuration. Data Manipulation & Reporting: Create and edit reports. System Updates: Assist with testing and rolling out updates, and communicate changes to users. Root Cause Analysis: Identify errors and suggest effective fixes. Advocate for Workday: Promote Workday as the single source of truth for employee data and seek continuous improvements. Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed Person specification Workday Experience: Familiarity with Workday, with some configuration experience preferred. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving basic support cases and reporting requests. Training & Guidance: Able to explain system usage to users through various methods. Confidentiality & Judgement: Discreet, with good judgement and initiative. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Organisational Skills: Well-organised and able to manage your own time effectively.
