Who you'll be working with: You will work closely with Capgemini colleagues and clients as a member of a Enterprise Solution Architecture team typically within or associated with a delivery, proposition or consulting engagement. Focus of the role: Assignments will vary in size and duration and may involve working as part of a team delivering a contractual solution, providing expert client-side consultancy, mentoring, design authority project delivery or acting as a “trusted advisor” and / or “subject matter expert” to clients and internal teams alike. Your relationships will run from CxO management level through to programme management, project development and support teams. What you'll do: Deliver strategic business, information and technology service architecture development working as part of a multi-disciplinary team using the appropriate frameworks. To be responsible for the architecture direction and strategy; definition and delivery of the technical aspects of the projects, to include timely production of architectural designs and documentation Support the business development activities; shape and design solution architectures / strategies for a proposal; attending client meetings with the sales team What you'll bring: Good sector knowledge – working in Financial Services, specifically insurance Demonstrable experience of having worked on Claims & Policy administration within the Insurance sector Demonstrable experience in design and delivery of a variety of Solution Architecture and strategies for the Cloud, comfortable across the entire technology stack Experience delivering solutions in a DevOps environment, demonstrating a good working knowledge of DevOps technologies Experience of delivering solutions using Agile methodology, tooling and processes Consider yourself to be a subject matter expert in at least one discipline for Solution Architecture Demonstrate creativity and resilience in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity Build trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances across functional and organisational boundaries Lateral thinker with outcome-oriented approach to architecture enabled value creation Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to present logical, convincing, reasoned arguments and influence stakeholders at all levels Demonstrates and maintains a broad knowledge of technology solutions, current trends and techniques and actively communicates new technology developments.
