Assist with classroom activities under the direction of the Class Teacher. Use strategies to support engagement, communication, and emotional regulation. Required Skills and Experience: Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK Primary School. Knowledge of the National Curriculum, Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2). Experience working with Autism and supporting SEMH needs. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children.
