Managing existing B2B European Customer - mainly retailers Office based in Wakefield £35,000 - £40,000 Manufacturing led business Client Details Our client are a leading manufacturing business supply products to retailers across Europe and the UK, ranging from major retail brands, through to small independent chains. This role will manage existing relationship with predominantly European Customers along with a handful of national customers also Description Manage existing B2B customers accounts providing a high level of service through all interactions Manage a customer base across Europe, including major retail chains and smaller independents Communicate and build relationships through clear and transparent communications via phone, emails and MS Teams. Encourage and support account development and growth, by understanding customer needs and requirements and offering solutions to match their needs Take ownership of an escalated customer issues Work closely with internal teams including production and logistics to manage orders process, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders. Ensure customers are updated on any potential changes to their order Build long lasting customer relationships by being the face of the business to assigned customers Profile Experience managing European or International Customers previously Background in Account Management, Internal Sales of B2B Customer Service Ability to build strong, long lasting customer relationships Strong commercial acumen Excellent communication skills Job Offer This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of home based products, managing their European Customer Base This is an office based role on the outskirts of Wakefield.
