The Bristol office is growing rapidly, and they’re looking for several Town Planners to join their team and play a key role in their continued expansion. Role Overview: You'll handle a diverse workload while building strong client relationships and actively driving project success. Also, you'll collaborate with directors and colleagues across the business to support business development, lead client meetings, and deliver planning solutions on a variety of projects. If you’re a Senior Planner or above, you’ll also take the lead on project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Key Responsibilities: Provide support on planning projects (Planner level), or take the lead on projects (Senior Planner level and above) Engage with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable planning strategies Participate in business development activities, helping to grow the client base and identify new opportunities Lead client meetings, working closely with both clients and the senior leadership team Act as the key liaison between clients and directors, ensuring smooth communication and project progression Maintain a high standard of service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the team About You: For the Planner role: RTPI accredited degree. For the Senior Planner and above role: MRTPI qualified, proven experience at a senior level, with a strong track record of leading planning projects and managing client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues alike Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in business development and client management is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction A passion for working in a growing, ambitious business Why Join?
