Are you an experienced Process Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to define and enhance manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to contribute to capital projects supporting manufacturing operations across the UK and USA. Key Responsibilities: Develop and improve manufacturing processes and plant equipment for new and existing products. Provide process engineering expertise to resolve production challenges and drive continuous improvement. Define, design, and commission capital equipment in line with business needs. Ensure HSE compliance across new and existing processes. Participate in and, where appropriate, lead capital project teams to achieve scope, cost, and quality targets. Plan and oversee commissioning of new and modified plant equipment. Identify and resolve root causes of manufacturing issues. Support safety compliance through tools such as LOPA, OHA, and hazard studies. Key Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2 years of process engineering experience ideally in a chemical manufacturing setting. Strong technical knowledge in process design, specification, and commissioning procedures. Proven ability to support capital projects from design through to implementation. Willingness to travel internationally for project installations and commissioning. Knowledge of process safety hazards and familiarity with industry-standard assessment tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Desirable: Experience in an upper-tier COMAH or high-hazard manufacturing environment.
