Our client:
A modern, forward thinking law firm going through an exciting period of growth and change.
Key Responsibilities:
Review files flagged for investigation by management.
Identify and monitor legitimate retentions, ensuring timely periodic reviews.
Investigate and return residual balances as needed.
Support Fee Earners and management in minimising and resolving residual balances efficiently.
Assist with closing and archiving old files.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements:
Experience in a professional services company ideally law firm is preferred but not essential.
Experience clearing residual balances
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Professional and detail-oriented approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Confident communicating at all levels. What’s on Offer:
Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working located Bishop’s Stortford or London
