We proudly supply major UK retailers such as Morrisons, Aldi, Asda, Iceland, and Musgrave, providing end-to-end solutions from sourcing and logistics to promotional support.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and senior leaders in managing retailer accounts, coordinating key documentation, and ensuring seamless sales operations. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a keen interest in UK retail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales Support
* Assist in setting up new retail accounts, completing product line forms, and ensuring all compliance documents are in place.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and support account managers with customer data, pricing updates, and order tracking.
* Coordinate communication with buyers and retail partners, ensuring timely responses to queries.
Operations & Coordination
* Work cross-functionally with buying, logistics, and finance teams to organise quotes, presentations, and sales proposals.
* Track key retail trends and competitor activity to provide insights that support sales strategies.
* Ensure all sales documentation, reports, and pricing structures are up to date and accurately maintained.
Strategic & Financial Support
* Assist senior leaders with budget planning, sales forecasting, and market analysis.
* Prepare sales performance reports, identifying growth opportunities and potential challenges.
* Support the team in developing promotional strategies and retailer-specific campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in sales administration, account support, or a similar role—ideally within the UK retail sector.
✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
✅ Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✅ Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
✅ Knowledge of product line forms, account setup, and retailer requirements (desirable).
✅ Understanding of retail trends and product performance in stores (a plus).
