As a Teaching Assistant at this primary school in Radcliffe, your key responsibilities will be to;
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Support the classroom teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment
* Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to help students achieve their full potential
* Monitor and record student’s progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
* Assist with classroom management and organisation
