The role is focused on implementing the Procurement Strategy within the repair management environment, supporting key contractual agreements.
By working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute significantly to the repair cycle management process, handling repair orders and coordinating directly with the Airlines to meet and surpass performance targets.
Key Duties:
1. Building relationships and working with your own portfolio of suppliers or customers
2. Processing repair orders through our bespoke systems with a high attention to detail
3. Presenting repair shop quotations where required
4. Performing to KPI’s and Customer contract terms
5. Managing business critical components for Aircraft requirements
6. Delivering a high standard of customer service through working with internal & external stakeholders
7. Identify and resolve any issues that may impact on the business-as-usual operation
8. Carrying out any other job-related duties as deemed necessary by Team Leader or Head of CRO.
Essential:
1. Good administrative skills gained within an office environment
2. Ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel
3. Proven ability in customer service to aid delivery through relationship management
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use own initiative in a busy environment
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
6. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, meet deadlines and KPI’s
7. Organisational and time management skills
8. Numerate, accurate with good attention to detail
9. Adapts well to change within a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
1. Experience in the aviation industry, aircraft component, MRO or trading environment
2. Keen to learn and develop in depth knowledge and skills within MRO/Repair Cycle Management
3. Analytical thinker with experience of producing and evaluating reports
