In your role as Head of Family, you will manage a caseload of private family matters, predominantly matrimonial finances and some children's cases. You will play a vital part in shaping the future of the family law department, supervising a talented team, whilst maintaining exemplary professional standards. You should be a family law professional, ideally with 15+ years of experience, capable of thoughtfully handling a variety of cases and demonstrating an adaptive leadership style. Your role will also entail business development tasks, generating work to keep the department thriving.
