7. To distribute meals and drinks to guests and to check quantities and presentation based on the order taken.
8. To clear, clean and lay tables and check the state and cleanliness of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
9. To be able to work in all F&B Department
10. To take part in the preparation and cleaning of the restaurant/bar.
11. Interfaces with all departments as necessary (Restaurant, Pub, Kitchen).
12. Ensure full knowledge of the menu and services available to Guests with the incorporation of the Good to Great 5 basics on the daily routine.
13. To provide a high level of guest comfort and service following Good to Great guidelines
14. Ensure the service regulations of the hotel are applied.
15. Preparation of the restaurant/bar and breakfast buffet.
16. Preparation of the restaurant dinner buffet included presentation and food quality.
17. To adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations as set by the company
18. To maintain good working relationships with other hotel departments and team.
19. Any other additional responsibilities given by Reporting Manager
Qualifications
20. Previous Customer Service Experience.
21. Cash handling experience.
22. Previous Hotel experience in a similar role (Desired).
23. Guest oriented, service minded, and attentive to details.
24. Well organised.
25. Team spirit.
