What you would be doing
As a Programme Manager, you will take charge of multiple executive education programmes, acting as the primary point of contact for senior executives, corporate clients, and faculty. You\\\'ll manage the entire programme lifecycle - from coordinating pre-programme logistics, booking facilities, and organising travel, to overseeing programme delivery both on-site and internationally. Your responsibility includes ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants, resolving issues swiftly, and maintaining the highest service standards. You will also manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and work closely with internal teams to ensure every programme runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

* Has proven programme management experience, with a focus on customer experience and project management, ideally in a professional service or event environment.
* Holds a good undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
* Possesses strong business writing skills and relationship development abilities.
* Communicates effectively at all levels, with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.

This is a full time, open ended position based at the South Kensington Campus.
The position will require some evening and weekend work and may require some international and domestic travel.
