As the Clinical Service Manager, you will provide overarching professional leadership for members of the clinical team this will be supported by our MDT leads, and will work directly with the relevant Head of Locality and Senior/Operational Managers. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of clinical services, the implementation of clinical strategies and protocols to support the care of our patients and the continued improvement and development of clinical practice and services. Main duties of the job The Clinical Services Manager will be a member of and supported by the wider senior management team and will be accountable directly to the head of nursing and allied health professionals and head of locality. You will oversee the daily operations of the service area supported by the wider clinical and operational team, ensuring delivery of quality patient care and the maintenance of a smooth and effective workflow.
