Description
THE ROLE:
You will be working within the global Content Operation department as part of a dynamic team managing the service governance, helping to maintain operating models and workflows across our global and local estate. You will be the main day-to-day point of contact for production services and tools, working with all Operations teams in supporting the end-to-end broadcast process, from concept and planning through to delivery.
Working closely with suppliers, you will provide strong governance ensuring that services are within contractual SLA and ensuring any service improvements or developments are delivered to the business needs and within budget. You will champion services to Production stakeholders and their content plans to seek out opportunities and efficiencies, focusing on DAZN's continued growth as a business and delivering the best possible output for its customers.
As our new Content Operations Account Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Run the service management and governance process for production tools and services (external contracts and internal solutions).
* Forecast monthly and seasonal requirements, providing these to suppliers as part of contractual obligations and operational readiness.
* Track the budgets of supplier contracts and communicate regularly with the Finance team.
* Provide costs to internal stakeholders around new requirements or additional costs.
* Report on KPIs of the utilization of services to guide decision-making on future usage.
* Collaborate with regional Productions Operations teams to implement and govern the operating processes, including overview of workflows and onboarding of new users and services.
* Gather feedback on services from stakeholders and communicate new features to the business.
* Deal with any service issues that arise in a timely and efficient manner while communicating well with stakeholders.
You will have:
* Experience in governing production services tools within a broadcast environment for both live and non-live.
* Commercial experience managing external suppliers both directly and into the wider business.
* The ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfort in leading communications with varying stakeholders, setting meeting agendas, and leading these.
* Experience in forecasting and reporting (as KPIs) the usage of services and suppliers to manage and enhance future decision-making.
* An understanding of technical workflow and tools, and how they are resourced and planned.
