We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team and take charge of delivering impactful oil & gas pipeline projects across the UK. What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager with us, you’ll be at the forefront of our pipeline construction projects, ensuring their commercial success, timely delivery, and adherence to all safety and quality standards. You’ll:
1. Take ownership of diverse oil & gas pipeline construction and installation projects nationwide.
2. Organise logistics, delegate tasks, and manage budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
4. Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices across all projects.
5. Solve challenges, inspire teams, and continuously improve processes to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
2. Plan and supervise the workforce, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
3. Monitor compliance with client specifications and contractual commitments.
4. Maintain detailed project documentation and construction diaries.
5. Proactively resolve construction challenges and ensure seamless delivery.
6. Motivate teams to achieve project goals while building a positive and collaborative work environment.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
1. A minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
2. 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in the oil & gas industry (focused on above-ground installations and pipelines).
3. Proven expertise in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to technical specifications.
4. Strong understanding of trenchless crossing techniques like HDD & Micro Tunneling.
5. Experience in Project Engineering and Design Management.
6. A solid grasp of the NEC contract framework and a working knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Project.
7. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
