Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Impulse Category Intern to be based in London. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 9th June 2025 to 5th September 2025. You must be available for the whole duration of the programme.
Work in the Impulse Category Management Team to improve Red Bull’s share of voice in independent retail. Consider how we best use Category insight to influence independent retailers and drive sales of Red Bull. Manage 3 x Category Projects with 3 x influential independent retailers. Use their store-specific data, influence, track results & build a case study of best practise of why influencing with Category is essential. Grow our share of voice in the independent retail market. Get essential feedback from independent retailers on how to best sell, influence and show up in the field.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
* Analysing market and customer data from various sources
Summarising and communicating findings in clear ways internally and externally
Delivering clear and robust insights via a compelling story to your retail customer
Becoming an expert in Soft Drinks, advising on all categories, not just Sports & Energy
* Build relationships internally especially with National Account and our Field Sales Team
Build relationships externally with Store Managers and Multi Site Operators
* Use sales data to give recommendations of how stores should display products in store
Taking merchandising recommendations to store owners to improve flow/sales
* Use Shopper data to understand the shopper & their behaviours in-store
Finding ways to grow retail customers through shopper behaviours
