CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT (PART TIME) – GRADE 3
£22,443 - £25,148 pa (pro rata)
Residential Services are seeking to recruit an individual to provide a comprehensive customer service within a busy campus-based Halls of Residence. Duties will include working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries, distribution of mail and parcels, carrying out health and safety checks, reporting repairs and generally responding to operational issues as required. You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential. A uniform will be provided.
1 x part time post 20 hours a week (Monday 2pm – 8pm, Friday 2pm – 8pm, Saturday 9:30am – 6pm)
