5. Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate any shortages or orders.
6. Contribute to minimising waste and maximising efficiency in food preparation.
7. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or in a similar role within a professional kitchen.
2. Culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
3. Experience in high-volume kitchens (experience with Caribbean cuisine or delivery kitchens is a plus).
4. Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
6. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
8. Right to work in the UK (required).
What We Offer
1. The opportunity to work in a fully kitted-out, state-of-the-art Deliveroo kitchen.
2. A dynamic and supportive kitchen environment where creativity is encouraged.
