Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Catering and Cleaning Manager to lead our on-site team at Ireland’s largest greenfield pharmaceutical development in Limerick.

What You’ll Do
* Lead with impact: Manage and oversee Sodexo’s large-scale catering operations and GXP/GMP cleaning services, ensuring compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
* Inspire your team: Develop, motivate, and allocate responsibilities effectively to foster a culture of excellence.
* Coordinate with precision: Manage sub-contractors and multiple service lines, ensuring alignment with Sodexo’s high-performance benchmarks.
* Drive results: Implement company initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements.
* Be the client’s trusted partner: Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong, collaborative relationships and delivering seamless communication.
What You Bring
* Strong leadership experience: Proven success managing teams and operations in either a multi-service environment or high-end hotel management.
* Industry expertise: Experience managing cleaning services in a pharmaceutical, GXP/GMP-compliant, or similarly regulated environment is highly desirable.
* A hands-on approach: Practical, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Results-driven mindset: A track record of driving compliance, achieving performance goals, and championing company initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
