TA Level 3 (Early Years) Location: Sedgeberrow Pre-School Job Start Date: asap Salary: TA 3 Point (7-17) Hours: 37.5 hours per week hours per week paid plus half an hour per day lunch break unpaid included half an hour paid break, Monday – Friday – 10.00 am – 6.00pm. Contract: Starting on 1st September (or earlier) to cover Maternity Leave until January 2026 Sedgeberrow Preschool is currently looking for a qualified TA at level 3 with experience of managing and leading a vibrant preschool to cover a Maternity leave from 1st September (or earlier). Sedgeberrow Preschool is a popular preschool which opened in September 2023. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to be involved in developing Sedgeberrow Preschool. The successful candidate will work as part of a team in helping to further manage and grow Sedgeberrow Preschool. The Role of Sedgeberrow Pre-School TA 3: Support the policies, ethos and vision of the pre-school and actively promote high levels of achievement in the pre-school. Develop the Preschool Curriculum Contribute to the leadership and management of the pre-school Formulate and promote the aims and objectives of the pre-school. Seek and implement areas for improvement and the development of staff with regards to early years provision. Evaluate the effectiveness of the provision in the pre-school in close collaboration with the leadership team. Safeguard children.
