EF Oxford Brookes Summer School is looking for an energetic, empathetic, and highly organized Student Services Manager to join our summer 2025 team.
This role is at the heart of our summer school experience, ensuring students feel welcomed, supported, and engaged throughout their stay.
* Fixed-term contract from June/July – August 2025
* Live-in position with accommodation and full board provided at no extra cost

Responsibilities
* Lead the student services team to ensure outstanding customer support
* Manage and support the centre’s temporary summer staff
* Oversee student welfare, providing guidance and support as needed
* Coordinate arrivals, departures, and campus logistics
* Manage student queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
* Work closely with all departments to enhance the student experience
* Organize and support campus events and activities
* Ensure that quality targets are being delivered whilst taking key decisions to move the programme forward
* Organising and checking that the evaluations and feedback forms are being completed on a weekly basis by students
Requirements
* Strong leadership skills with some management/team leading experience required
* Commitment to the highest level of customer service
* Sociable and fun disposition with the ability to motivate and energise others
* Financial and business acumen
* English fluency and excellent communication skills
* Able to work independently
* Ability to work and thrive under pressure
* Clear background check and two references
* Right to work in the UK at commencement of employment
* This is a live-in position where accommodation and full board is provided at no extra cost, there are some residential requirements attached to this
