Due to the beautiful remote location, access to your own transport is essential. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week). Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 bonus About the role: The purpose of this role is to strategise, implement, and optimise digital marketing campaigns with the goal of acquiring new customers or leads for Inntravel. This includes utilising various online channels to drive targeted traffic and conversions. You will analyse data, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximise return on investment and achieve growth objectives. You’ll also help to ensure that we hit our company targets to halve our CO2 emissions by 2030 and be part of a business ensuring that we maintain our exceptional customer service scores. Lead the development and execution of PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising, to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. Manage all aspects of SEO strategy and implementation, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits, to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Monitor PPC and SEO performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and keyword rankings and SERP visibility, and provide regular reports and insights to optimise campaign performance. Work with content and Website teams to design and implement on page SEO timeline and optimisation. Work with Development teams to enhance technical SEO. Collaborate with our digital agency partner to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with our brand identity and business goals, ensuring performance of our campaigns is optimised, aligned with any flex or focus changes in trading requirement. Serve as the primary point of contact for our digital agency, ensuring clear communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to budget and timelines. Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of PPC and SEO campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and other variables to identify the most effective strategies. Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in PPC and SEO to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in our digital marketing efforts. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on PPC and SEO best practices, helping to build internal capabilities and knowledge. Stay up to date on digital marketing tools and technologies, evaluating new opportunities and recommending solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency. Help deliver on international expansion strategic plans via digital media channels, including regional market research and performance recommendations. Support CRM and Email Team on delivery of campaigns, creating audience segmentation and customer profile data for better all-round performance of all digital marketing channels. Am I the right person? We are looking for your application to demonstrate: Experience in a similar digital marketing role. Experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Experience working with CRMs for building marketing campaigns, audience segments and analysis. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent copywriting ability to produce engaging content across a variety of channels. A creative thinker, who can express the brand through different channels and think outside the box to invent new ideas. A working understanding of SEO, CRO and UX.
