We are passionate about what we do and are excited to recruit Support Workers for our Fife Housing Support & Care at Home services, based in Dunfermline.
The Role: Support Worker
In this role, you'll be supporting individuals with a range of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, fully adapted residential settings in Dunfermline. Each resident enjoys their own private bedroom, either a private or shared Jack & Jill bathroom, and access to shared communal spaces.
As a Support Worker, you'll assist our customers with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and mealtimes. Your day will also involve supporting them in participating in fun and engaging activities, both individually and in groups. Whether it's going shopping, attending a football match, enjoying a trip to the cinema, or having fun with themed game days, you'll help bring joy and independence to the lives of those you support.
What you need to know
Hours: Up to 31.5 hours per week. Nightshifts 10pm - 7am.
2 week rolling rota, rota pattern is: week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun / week 2 - Wed and Thurs.

Drivers preferred but not essential, whilst we welcome applications from drivers, we can consider non drivers. If you do need to go out and about with our customer for that dinner and cinema trip, your costs are covered.
