The role of the Quantity Surveyor Mechanical & Electrical Installation will involve:
1. Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various data centre projects across Europe
2. Responsible for the successful financial delivery of projects by controlling costs, progressing monthly valuations, and managing variations and change orders
3. Liaising with contracts, estimating and pre-construction teams to obtain full understanding of each project scope
