We are currently seeking an experienced Shovel Driver to join a leading recycling plant in Chorley. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, where youll have the chance to join a growing team and secure a long-term career in the recycling industry as a Shovel Driver. Key Responsibilities : Operate a Shovel in a safe and efficient manner. Load, unload, and transport materials within the recycling plant. Ensure plant and machinery are maintained and report any defects or issues. Follow all safety guidelines and work regulations. Assist with other tasks around the plant when required. Requirements : Proven experience operating Shovels (or similar machinery). Valid and up-to-date operating license. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work effectively in a team. Reliable and punctual. About the job Temp to Perm position with the opportunity to secure a permanent role.
