About the role:
* £40,000 basic salary
* £6,000 bonus (uncapped)
* 23 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays)

This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of a retail site in conjunction with the Workshop Manager. They will be jointly responsible for the effective management of 5 retail staff.

About You:
* Previous experience within a fast-fit environment or automotive service department.
* IT literate across Microsoft Office
* Positive and driven professional with a passion for sales and sales management.
* A true team player and embrace company culture.
* Good communicator both written and verbally.
* Ability to analyse, design, and enhance business processes.
