The Job:
On their behalf we are seeking a Branch Manager. This role will be to manager their Bristol, Bath & Cardiff operations. You will place a huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience. In this role you will be leading a small team of Lettings Consultants and Asset (Property) Managers. Your role will also require you to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
In this role you responsibilities will include
1. Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
2. Ensure the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional
3. Managing all aspects of asset management and lettings performance across the portfolio
4. Recruit new team members
5. Provide initial and ongoing training to all team members
6. Review and audit asset management and portfolio performance
7. Run compliance reports on a weekly basis
8. Manage & Support Asset Managers with utility management
