Location of the role:
Whilst this position is remote home-based, you will be expected to visit sites for 50% of the working week. The area to cover is from the South Midlands to the South Coast.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Central Division in the role of Regional Property Manager for our South-based sites. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key team that supports the management and delivery of reactive and planned maintenance, management and supervision of the relevant maintenance contractors, and monitoring and updating the divisional maintenance budgets for each year.
What we would like from you:
* Preferable Membership of a recognised body / Trade qualification or experience within the industry
* Experience within the Building/Facilities/maintenance industry (health and social care setting preferable)
* Multi-site management preferable
* Approachable person who exhibits determination and tenacity
