Senior HR Recruitment Consultant (Public Sector)
Investigo Recruitment offers a flexible basic salary plus commission in the City of London (hybrid, 4.5 day work week). As a market leader in recruiting into 20+ specialisms, you will be part of our HR Public Sector team.
Key responsibilities include handling the entire recruitment life cycle from initial contact to aftercare, delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, and taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
* Candidate identification and interviews
* Advising and feeding back to candidates
* Attending client meetings
* Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
* Lead generation through relationship building
* New business development
* Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for all.
The ideal candidate will have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting, ideally 12 months + recruitment experience, ideally within Public Sector, and be driven and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. You want to be a part of a high-performing agency that is culture-led and values every single member of the team. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and a level of professionalism.
