Sr. Seller Consultant, Strategic Seller Recruitment Team (OB team)

Amazon is aggressively growing its Marketplace business among brand owners in China. In this context, Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Online Sales Consultant to join the China team based in Hangzhou focusing on Consumables categories including Beauty/Health & Personal Care/Baby/Grocery. You will identify qualified brand owners and products and help achieve new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon global Marketplaces. You will analyze traffic and sales data of brand owners’ performance, set up processes and reports that facilitate the analysis, as well as drive for efficiency improvements. You will also be responsible for driving deep dive analysis on Amazon Marketplace activity through data processing and analyzing relevant category business data. You will be expected to come up with actionable recommendations and to take an active part in implementing these. This role exists in a challenging environment, within a fast-growing office. Key job responsibilities
1. To recruit CN top brands and manufacturers for Amazon NA/EU/JP, and help them grow on Amazon
2. To proactively identify potential BD opportunities for top brand/manufacturer target recruitment
3. To drill down Zhejiang industry clusters and recruit/develop manufacturers and key sellers for Hardline products, such as Home, Furniture, Outdoor and Sports etc.
4. To help sellers solve issues and mitigate blockers for both launch and post-launch
5. To explore category growth opportunity and become category expert
6. To own internal domain/project and drive success on team and bigger scope
About the team
OB team is Strategic Seller Recruitment team under NBS, focusing on recruiting CN top/emerging brands and high quality manufacturers and help them succeed on Amazon (NA/EU/JP).
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
- Strong inter-personal communication capability
- Key Account Sales Experience
- Expertise on PPT, dashboard, and data analysis
