If you’re strategic and insight-driven, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re seeking an experienced person to join our Marketing team, to develop and execute a content strategy for our wellbeing proposition available to our B2B audiences. You’ll develop the AXA Health corporate app and web platform content strategy, analysing user behaviour and identifying opportunities to repurpose, curate and brief in new content. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. Part time – 30 hours a week. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells office or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Create and commission audience driven content to create an engaging multi-platform member experience. Work with Insight and User Experience (UX) teams to conduct primary research and user testing among existing customers. Present regular updates at internal stakeholder sessions. Curate and commission high quality content, including podcasts, videos, written articles and webinars. Work with internal and external stakeholders to build a brilliant brand and content experience. Report on effectiveness and performance of content. Use this information to inform and evolve development of future content. Partner with Senior Content Manager, Senior Content Executive and Copywriter to align consumer and corporate content strategies, brand and customer experience. Experience and interest in health and wellbeing space - desirable Insight-driven and editorial management experience, ideally with a focus on in-app content creation. Excellent copywriting skills, a creative flair and an eye for design. Meticulous attention to detail. Stakeholder management and experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams. Creative commissioning experience and understanding of how to collaborate with agencies, freelance suppliers and creative teams.
