Job Summary
As BPA's Recruitment Coordinator, you will be pivotal in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and enhancing recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing across a range of internal vacancies, managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), creating and optimising job advert templates, promoting our employer brand, and helping us achieve our diversity, equity, and inclusion (EDI) goals.
Core Responsibilities:
Job Advert Creation & Development:
* Create and update job advert templates for internal and external postings, ensuring they are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with our brand.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update/craft compelling job descriptions as required.
Talent Acquisition:
* Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and networking platforms, to attract top talent.
* Maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
* Oversee and manage the company's ATS to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and identify improvements with our ATS usage to streamline recruitment processes.
* Regularly update job postings, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure proper documentation throughout the hiring process.
Diversity & Inclusion:
* Assist in promoting EDI initiatives to help achieve our goal of fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
* Ensure all recruitment materials and processes are free from bias and encourage a diverse range of applicants.
Recruitment KPIs:
* Produce and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire, diversity metrics).
* Identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment processes through data analysis.
* Report regularly to management on recruitment performance and suggest actionable improvements
* Proven experience in recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, interview process management and onboarding
* Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion with a keen eye for inclusive recruitment practices.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
* Ability to produce and interpret recruitment metrics.
Working pattern:
This position is a 6-9 month fixed term contract, working part-time; 22.5 hours per week, spread over 3 or 4 days.
Salary
Basic salary up to £30,000 (full time equivalent) DOE
