The Sr. Program Manager Selection leader is responsible for improving our performance in this area in Brazil, collaborating with international and central teams to drive insights and implement cross-functional initiatives to enhance performance. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and implement high-impact projects that contribute directly to the business.
This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional data analytics skills, capable of solving tough business problems and defining innovative ways to leverage technology at scale. You will simultaneously dive deep into tactical details while setting a broad strategic vision for execution and scale. You should be data quality obsessed and excel at distinguishing signal from noise, creating data-driven insights from various sources. As a leader in this role, you will have high visibility and will own, manage, and improve processes to increase our selection, thereby enhancing our customer experience by offering all the items our customers want.

Key job responsibilities:
1. Coordinate priorities and projects with central teams, external data providers, and business teams to identify and offer relevant selection to customers;
2. Lead quarterly business reviews with senior leadership, presenting results, challenges, and driving meaningful discussions to solve problems;
3. Develop comprehensive mechanisms to drive and capture retail actions on missing selections;
4. Own the selection funnel, identifying scalable initiatives to efficiently move selection from listing to first sale;
5. Work with Marketplace counterparts to create and implement the Stores level selection strategy to grow FT GV across the business.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing program strategies and plans, executing them, and influencing senior stakeholders;
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements;
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams;
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.);
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
