We are supporting City of Lincoln Council exclusively with the recruitment for a Property Lawyer to join their legal services team permanently. The role will be hugely diverse, dealing with a range of property matters. Duties of the Property Lawyer opportunity will include: Drafting, negotiating, providing legal advice, and implementing instructions for property matters. Handling a varied caseload which may include: landlord and tenant, acquisitions, sales and purchases, leases, licenses. To support and lead on the development of corporate issues. Liaising with internal, external clients and stakeholders. To provide a comprehensive legal service to the Council.
