Recruitment Administrator | Part-time, 20 hours per week | Flexible working hours | Chichester, West Sussex
We are currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy People Team in Chichester, West Sussex. You will support the recruitment team by managing the day-to-day administrative tasks related to our recruitment & hiring processes. This role involves assisting with job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records on the applicant tracking system.
This role offers flexible working, requiring 20 hours per week, spread across four days (Monday to Friday), with 5 hours per day. While we are open to flexible start and finish times, they must align with our core business hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites
* Maintain an updated list of active job openings and communicate this internally
* Review and screen CVs and applications, identifying potential candidates based on job requirements (for volume recruitment within factories)
* Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
* Provide candidates with necessary information about interview logistics, including location, format, and expectations
* Maintain accurate records of all applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Support with the feedback to candidates’ post-interview and assist in managing offer letters, contracts & rejections
* Support the team with recruitment projects, job fairs & any special recruitment initiatives
Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software
* Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Strong in Microsoft Office skills
* Good PowerPoint skills to support the team with presentation creation
