Data Analyst - £42,558 Hybrid Working – 3 Days onsite in Hemel Hempstead We have an opportunity to join a fast-paced team, playing a crucial role in data intelligence and modernising the reporting software across Hightown, driving insights that shape strategic decision-making across the organisation. The role will provide research and analytical advice across the organisation to meet internal and external requirements, as well as provide quality assurance of data and performance information to ensure accuracy and integrity of data. Working closely with the Data Analytics Manager & the Head of Business Support, the Data Analyst will be responsible for processing, analysing, and interpreting data related to the company's performance and operation procedures. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in developing visualisations and reports using SSRS and PowerBI. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand project requirements and enhancing data literacy across the business.
