Successful candidates will have a significant track record of supporting improvement in customer and staff outcomes sustained over time, facilitated by digital change. You will be committed to the very best patient and staff experience and have some knowledge of the current landscape in digital health, digital skills, and health care innovation.

The use of data and engagement for strategic change and evaluation, design and deployment of safe and secure digital health care systems, organisational development and skills, and supporting NWAFT to innovate and improve effectively.

Person Specification
Experience
* Estates and Facilities experience / If not Estates and Facilities, then IT/Digital experience
* Previous experience as a non-exec
* Previous commercial sector experience or commercial mindset and skills from another sector
Qualifications
* CCAB qualified accountant or hold an equivalent professional qualification;
* Recent and relevant financial experience
