We are currently looking for a Human Resources & Premises Administrator to join our busy team in Milton Keynes. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to live within a commutable distance of the office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team, supporting the Human Resources and Premises function across our two group companies - EDW Technology and TEAM (Energy Auditing Agency Ltd). You will assist the Human Resources & Premises Manager in the smooth running of the employee experience from recruitment through to off-boarding and everything in between. The role also involves looking after our office environment, including purchasing of supplies and organising maintenance visits and suppliers. Salary: �26,000-�28,000 per annum FTE Hours of Work: 15-20 hours per week Contract Type: Part Time, Permanent HR Premises Administrator Duties: Administer new starter and leaver processes including offer documentation, references, visa checks, inductions, 3 and 6-month probation reviews, ad-hoc letters etc. Support the recruitment process by administering aptitude tests, arranging interviews and providing feedback to candidates Maintain HR database for all new starters, leavers, absences, salary changes, pension and healthcare contributions etc. Maintain HR & premises process documentation in line with company standards ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO27001 Liaise with managers to booking external training courses Assist with organisation and administration of scheduled health and safety events Arrange general maintenance visits to ensure building is maintained to a good standard (cleaners, window cleaners, gardens and shared access, gritting, security, pests, lifts, furniture, air conditioning, smoke and fire alarms and extinguishers) Ensure office is stocked with necessary supplies (cleaning materials, toilet facility materials, paper, office supplies) raising purchase orders as needed HR Premises Administrator Requirements: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role You will be a natural self-starter Be able to communicate effectively at all levels Be able to always demonstrate good organisational skills with the utmost discretion You will also need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Be happy to work remotely as well as in the office under a hybrid arrangement HR Premises Administrator Benefits: Employee ownership profit share Hybrid working (mix of office and home based) Flexible holidays Contributory pension Medical cash plan Wellbeing Programme Life assurance Cycle to work scheme Free on-site parking On-site kitchenette and chill-out areas with free fruit, tea and coffee Company funded events and team building About the Company: EDW Technology, established in 1995, is an innovative IT company specialising in the energy sector.
